Our Story
We built TheChessMasterClub because we were frustrated. Every chess app either drowned you in content — thousands of openings, endless databases, intimidating Grandmaster games — or gave you puzzles with no context. We wanted something different: a habit, not a hobby hole.
The idea was simple. What if you could learn chess the same way Duolingo teaches languages? One concept at a time, short daily sessions, spaced repetition, and a clear finish line at the end of each week. We built it for ourselves first — and it worked.
Now we're sharing it with everyone who's ever felt lost in the opening. You don't need to be a prodigy. You just need five minutes a day and the right opening to start with. ♟️
